We’re Leith, a go-to provider of facilities management and town planning services.

We’re based in Lancashire and serve clients regionally and nationally.

With over 40 staff, Leith is a family run business and specialises in supporting leading organisations on complex town planning and facilities management projects in the healthcare, education, heritage, manufacturing and public sectors.

Working hard in the local community

We collaborate with Preston College, Blackpool & the Fylde College, Edge Hill University, and Liverpool John Moores University, offering work placements, internships, and support for career events. Successful candidates often receive job opportunities.

Additionally, we assist local high schools by providing work placement opportunities for Year 10 students. As a member of the Lancashire Skills Hub, we are committed to giving young people access to work experience and upskilling our workforce.

Our CEO, Samantha Scott, serves as an Enterprise Advisor, partnering with a Blackpool high school to enhance local work placement opportunities. For over 12 years, we’ve supported apprentices, including those pursuing degrees, and currently have three apprentices, with ongoing opportunities for team upskilling.
