We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment where everyone can thrive.
We offer a comprehensive range of training opportunities tailored to individual needs. For all employees, this means a bespoke training plan to suit individual and trade needs, safeguarding training and general training such as first aid, health & safety and equality & diversity.
For our planning team, this includes mentoring, and participation in meetings, committees, and events to deepen their expertise. They also gain exposure to complex planning issues and collaborate with wider development teams.
Our engineers receive training in essential areas such as health and safety, manual handling, IPAF, safe isolation, and first aid. Additionally, we support career advancement through apprenticeships and degree apprenticeships, enabling employees to further their education and skills.
Our Wellness in the Workplace program ensures that employees have 24/7 access to an online wellness hub, featuring breathwork, support resources, recipes, and guidance. We also host monthly in-person wellness sessions covering diverse topics like meditation, journaling, and gratitude.
At our Leith HQ, we provide a well-stocked kitchen with refreshments, fruit, and snacks to keep the team energised. Regular team meetings and offsite events, such as summer BBQs, murder mystery evenings, and social gatherings, strengthen our team spirit.
We equip our team with all necessary IT resources, and engineers receive a van, branded workwear, fuel card, and trade account cards for job-related supplies. Our Relaxation Room offers a serene space with sofas, books, and sensory lighting, while our newly refurbished lunch area allows office staff a pleasant break from their desks. Additionally, our office team benefits from hybrid work options.
Onsite parking is available at our Northern HQ in Kirkham, Lancashire.
Employees who complete one year of service receive an additional day’s paid leave to celebrate their birthday. After three years, they earn another extra day of paid leave. We also have a Refer a Friend Scheme, offering a £250 reward for successfully referring a friend who joins our team.
