Background & Role

David started working in electrical installations at age 14 and took a four-year break to serve in the Army’s Royal Engineers.

With over 15 years in the construction industry, he has developed extensive expertise in buildings and infrastructure.

In 2015, he founded Nicholls Electrical Services, where he served as Managing Director, NICEIC Principal Duty Holder, and Qualified Supervisor, managing a team of up to nine.

In 2023, Nicholls merged with Leith Facilities, and David now holds the position of Chief Operations Officer. He currently oversees all operational areas of the business, leveraging his extensive experience to drive high-level operations

• Level 3 Award in the In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT) 2377-22
• Level 3 Award in the Management Requirements for the Maintenance of Electrical Equipment 2377-32
• Level 2 Certificate in Small Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems
• Level 2 Award in F Gas and ODS Regulations: Category 1
