Background & Role

At 16, Michelle began her career in the beauty industry, working in top five-star spas and as a self-employed therapist. She earned a foundation degree in Professional Practice in Beauty Therapy in 2008 and a Level 4 Sports Therapy qualification in 2019.

In 2013, she transitioned to a Technical Assistant role, managing property claims for insurers and brokers. By 2016, she managed bookkeeping, fleet, administration, and HR tasks at Nicholls Electrical Services. Following the 2023 merger with Leith Facilities, Michelle became Lead Administrator, overseeing the helpdesk, administration team, fleet, trade accounts, and supplier relations.
