Background & Role

Samantha started at Leith Planning at 16 and attended her first planning inquiry at 17.

She advanced from Assistant Planner to Managing Director, eventually focusing on project management through the construction process after planning consent.

In 2018, she became Property Director at Cygnet Health Care, managing operations, growth, and health and safety. Samantha returned to Leith in 2022 as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the planning and facilities management divisions.

Her career reflects a progression from planning to leadership roles, with significant experience in both the planning sector and property management.
