Group Operations Manager
Stephen’s career started in 2013 when he did an apprenticeship with Leith Planning and he’s risen up the ranks. During his career with Leith, having worked and assisted in many departments, he has amassed and wealth of knowledge.
His role is to ensure that everyone has what they need in order to carry out their day-to-day responsibilities. Stephen role covers many departments, including accounts, bookkeeping, administration, while supporting the board of directors with monthly reports.
In operations you spend a lot of time working with a variety of different people and departments, the satisfaction comes from working together towards the same goal and fulfilling that goal.
