We evaluated the planning risks and commercial viability of converting an old police station into a six-unit supported living service.

Collaborating with consultants and an architect, we developed a scheme that maximised bed capacity, met National Design Standards (NDSS), and minimised planning risks, despite the site’s community use classification and Flood Zone 3 designation.

We secured a viable consent efficiently through a comprehensive, robust application. By proactively addressing the council’s queries, we ensured quick approval.
