Morris Leisure – Ludlow Touring & Holiday Home Park

We initially secured planning permission for a 137-pitch touring caravan park and associated development on a greenfield site. More recently, we obtained approval for an extension, adding 61 static caravan pitches, holiday homes, access arrangements, internal roads, footpaths, and landscaping.

By managing planning risks, identifying costs for supporting documents and establishing a clear timeline, we balanced key planning considerations while addressing third-party concerns and consultee expectations. This comprehensive approach ensured council support and unlocked the site’s potential, leading to a substantial increase in land value and ongoing income for the client.

The successful planning strategy has transformed the site into a thriving tourism destination, further bolstered by the recent consent, significantly enhancing the client’s investment.
