Leith Facilities has deep roots in the healthcare sector, with many of its senior leaders bringing direct experience from working with top UK healthcare providers.

This includes Samantha Scott, former Property Director at Cygnet Health Care, Paul Scott, who served as Facilities Director and later Health and Safety Director at Cygnet, and Seamus Quigley, an industry veteran with over 35 years of experience, which included a spell as Operational Director at Cygnet Health Care.

Leith offers a broad range of facilities management services, including new build projects, property refurbishment, planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety audits with gap analysis, and risk assessments for fire and legionella. We also specialise in fire door surveys and repairs.

Leith Facilities has established long-term partnerships with notable organisations such as Consensus Support Services, Blue Ribbon Health and Wellbeing, Eden Futures, Active Care, and Centaur Housing. Their healthcare sector projects have included refurbishing an outbuilding at a Grade II listed property to create three apartments, converting a large home in Bognor Regis into a seven-bedroom care facility, and transforming a former police station in Doncaster into six independent flats with communal areas.
